The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves . So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
When entering into impeller, the raw material can be crushed directly by hitting impact plate after it is accelerated and threw out. The raw material can also be divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One falls down from all around. The other enters into impeller and is accelerated, threw out and collides with the falling material and hit, rebound with impact plate.
The materials are evenly transported to the crusher by the feeder. After the preliminary crushing by the jaw crusher, a closed-circuit system is formed through the circular vibrating screen to realize the circular crushing of the materials. The finished materials are output by the conveyor for continuous crushing operation.
